And what I think we need to do and where change leaders really need to operate right now is in providing the space for people ... to come out of their corners and engage again as human beings ... We are not rallying around things. We're not uniting around things. And I think we can lament that or we can look for space to find the congruence, the resonance and the harmony that everyone shares.'
