After a long hiatus, I've decided to make this podcast one of my priorities because I realized that writing and speaking and sharing a message has always been such an important part of who I am. In this episode I talk about how we are the only ones who can define ourselves and this is something no one can do for us. When we are afraid of judgement, it may be because we are letting in the opinions of other people and not taking the power to define who we are. Defining yourself gives you the power to withstand judgement and to be strong in who you are. I hope this episode helps you have a stronger anchor to yourself and to your future self.

I felt like I wasn't making much of an impact but today I found out that the first 3 episodes has 100 listens in 7 countries. I'm feeling really grateful for every single listener who has listened to the Flow Lab podcast.

Why am I starting this podcast?

I’m starting this podcast because I believe that our greatest power lies when we are connected to our purpose. The purpose of this podcast is to help you heal yourself and connect to your power within

It’s easy to feel lost in a world of abundance that is run by systems and rules. I will be interviewing artists, leaders, entrepreneurs, who have found their purpose.

Why is it called the flow lab?

Because our purpose lies in the things that put us in flow.

To help you find flow is to help you find your greater purpose.

In this podcast, I will be digging deep into people’s stories to help you rise above the struggles that you are facing.

As someone who is passionate about self development, and personal growth, I am always learning from people around me. What better way to do it than a podcast?

I hope you’re excited for the journey ahead with me. Where we will discover more of ourselves and connect to ourselves.

As we heal ourselves, connect to our purpose, we can transform the world.
