People tend to deceive each other. The reasons for people’s deceit are different. Mostly it depends on the situation itself. Some people do not tell the truth since they consider that lie is sometimes better than truth, especially if they are talking about the people who cannot face the truth bravely. So, what is better: harsh truth or sweet lie?
On one hand, before making a choice of whether to tell the truth or a lie, you should take into account the character of the person and level of health itself. If you tell someone that he or she will die in a couple of days, he/she may die much faster, as such truth will kill him/her. The other example of this is if you tell the truth to someone you consider to be a weak person, he/she may commit suicide, or something like that.
On the other hand, every person has all rights to know the truth, no matter how harsh it is. It is just up to a person to bear the difficulties and overcome the challenges. It all makes people stronger. So, in situation like that everyone fulfills his/her own mission: you are informing, the person who is getting this information has to fulfill the mission of analyzing this information and draw corresponding conclusions.
My strong belief is that people had better tell the truth to each other, perhaps, this way our world would get rid of deceit and lie.
This information can serve you as a good school essay. So, if you are to accomplish your school essay on truth, take this text into consideration. Good luck with writing your school essay!
