What is the glue that holds the fabric of modern society together? What is it that makes people so productive in today's societies than they've ever been in the past and what that means to you personally. As kids, we're forced to do tons of things under the premise that if we're not forced to learn these things at this critical time, society would come to a halt.  This is the training ground for our later adult lives when we literally have to hand over a large percentage of what we earn to another group of people. In this episode we are revisiting the topic of how we can defend ourselves in court when there is no victim involved.  Most of us have paid hundreds if not thousands of dollars  to the courts for so called violations that harm or cause damage to no one. They have created a highly lucrative niche for themselves by charging hardworking everyday citizens outrageous fines and fees for driving too fast, not wearing a seatbelt or playing loud music. The entire backbone of the system is supported by fraud and coercion, and in this episode I'll help you break free from the traps they lay to trick us into simply handing them the money. In this episode, host prince J. Avery speaks to those who feel disenfranchised by this society.  Although we are made to feel as if we're the weird ones in the group, those who accept the world as is and simply get on with their lives are the ones missing the bigger picture. Us dropouts and self educators are treated as if we're taking the road less travelled, but in reality 83% of the population will take the route we're taking and there are hundreds of millionaires and billionaires who took the same path. Join me as I discuss the world as your playground which is also the title of a  book I'm releasing later this week on amazon/kindle.

Thee most important aspect of any society modern or not is how it feeds itself.  We as a modern society have had the luxury of being separated from the basic necessities of human life.  Only 5% of the population is needed to grow all of our food, so the rest of us are free to focus on other stuff. Same as everything, we have decided to leave the nutritional education up to school "experts" who have essentially been in charge of our nation's diet for decades.  Students are taught what to eat through school meals and university cafeterias, so the results should tell us how this has turned out for us? Well it doesn't take much digging around to find that the U.S. has some of the worse dieting practices of any planet on earth and our health suffers for it. Why is it that so many people are turning to alternative sources of information for dieting information and practices, but so willingly gives up their children to the schools to learn the same practices they have transcended as adults.  I thought schools were the best, or is it that self-awareness and self-education takes precedence over institutionalized educaion? A high percentage of students graduate high school and even college with no basic understanding of world geography, economics and finance which are fundamental for an individual to maintain a comfortable level of living in a modern society. In this episode we will discuss the lack of general understanding on money, where it comes from, how it's created and a bit of its history. We are told over and over that schooling is an indispensible aspect of society, yet the most fundamental and essential skills required to be productive and happy as an individual are typically glossed over. One example of this is how shools argue and fight over teaching kids sex education, but there is no relationship education or courses teaching students how to build great relationships and search for love while also protecting themselves from hurt. This is so obvious it boggles the mind, yet the so called "educated" experts have not thought of this... or have they and they simply have an agenda.  Can you think of any reasons why schools would teach sex education without first teaching relationships? The majority of society frowns upon the decision to dropout and is quick to tell you that going to school and "getting your education" is your only ticket to a successful and significant life. At least they believe it is the safest way for you to achieve your financial goals, but in reality dropping out of school provides many advantages that if used properly will allow the dropout to enjoy a financially stable lifestyle long before the high school or college graduate. Now, let it be clear that I do not advocate for anyone to dropout of school.  My point is simply that if you feel school is unbearable, doesn't fit your personality and you have already dropped out of school, you might  as well make the best of it. A new perspective on the issues that dropouts face. over 8300 students drop out of school everyday. I've had a listener to my send me a message saying that we should be balanced and look at both sides of the argument, stating that some students need school in order to achieve their goals of get their dream job. My response was simply that there is no argument.  The purpose of my show is to reach out to those who don't fit in with in the current education/employment paradigm. What about the kid who doesn't really know what they want to do with their life, but is certain they do not like school or cannot stand it for whatever readson.  It may not be that they are incapable of excelling at school, but simply that they lack the interest, motivation or may have had some negative experiences with schooling, like most of us. Where does this student turn once they decide to drop out of school? My show's purpose if to reach out and restore their confidence by reminding them that school is just one of many answers to an productive and fulfilled life. Join us on this daily broadcast of the dropout rebellion and discuss our latest youtube video titled "Please Don't Drop out of school" which encourages readers to read between the lines and come up with their own decision about which path they take. Although this show does not advocate for any currently enrolled student to drop out, our show's main mission is to also bring the facts to the table about the implications of dropping out of school. We are not necesarily biased either way, but feel that dropouts don't have a readily accessible support network to help them stay focused motivated and working toward their goals. From day one we have all been taught to conflate the words schooling and education, even sometimes using both words as synonyms.  When someone drops out of school, everyone gathers around them and tells them that they need to go back and get their education. This misconception needs to be dealt with because it leaves many of us who are not built for schooling feel as though we are incapable of learning and achieving anything significant. In this live broadcast, I will address this issue and weigh in with some facts about education and why it is a process that far transcends schooling. Please join us by calling in and joining the chat room.  It will be a great conversation.

Most people you talk to will tell you that having a good education is a great fall back plan for most adults in society.  The problem here is that the majority of senior citizens in this country depend on their families or government for financial assistance.  Obviously the majority of these individuals went to school, graduated and worked so called "good jobs" for decades, but yet as they age, it becomes aparent that they have no savings or investments to carry them through retirement. If it was the case that this education and employment was a great fall back plan, why is it then that most of these people as they age are unable to financially provide for themselves. School teaches us that obedience to authority and dependency is the key to success.   Tune in to the show at 3:30 pm everyday to discuss the true road to success and independence here at the dropout rebellion.

Just because you've dropped out of school does not mean that the learning stops.  Here at the dropout rebellion, we understand that education is a life-long self directed process. In this show, we wanted to find out how most high school drop outs spend their time and discuss ways that one can get a prime education and be productive in society with no help from schooling. School is not the only way to learn, and just because you are not in school anymore does not mean you should stop all learning activities.   To the contrary, now that you are no longer burdened with having to wasted almost 8hours a day at school, you should at least be willing to invest a couple of hours a day in self directed learning. Let us introduce you to a world of learning that is fun and engaging and does not require you to squeeze yourself into some box or bossed around by some teacher with no connection to your needs and interests. Explore the real world of education without schooling! Join us on the drop-out rebellion radio show every day at 3:30 pm
