Jennifer Banas, Professor and Community Health Program Coordinator in the Department of Health Sciences and Physical Education at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU), speaks with Michelle Oh, NEIU Education Librarian and Assistant Professor, and Lisa Wallis, NEIU Associate Dean of Libraries/eResources and Systems Librarian. They discuss Jennifer's investigation of how urban teens do (or don't) utilize public librarians when they have health-related questions.
