We have tomato starts early this year (for reasons). We are experiencing cold weather so we make adjustments to the greenhouse to keep the seedlings alive. If this works, we will have a tomato harvest in June!

Our fruit trees have arrived and it's time to plant them in the pasture to create a silvoculture system of 70% pasture, 30% trees.
We do a photo shoot with Ben Roberts in the morning. In the afternoon, I prune our persimmon trees just before they come out of dormancy.
As spring is quickly approaching, we all work together to establish our crop garden next to our greenhouse. We use our broadfork to reduce compaction and aerate the soil.
Our gilt is getting ready to transition into becoming a sow. She is about to farrow her first litter of pigs and we have to prepare in order to give her the best birthing experience.
