Enculturation is the process of becoming a member of your culture: you learn values, beliefs, and attitudes.  Female enculturation is a set of beliefs and attitudes that privilege males over females and these are fed to babies, to little girls, to teens, to young women and reinforced throughout a woman's life.  A few males hold power and that is the sole purpose of enculturating females to believe that they are less than and less entitled.  What can we do differently?
