We both imagined that by the age of 41 we would have all the confidence of Donald Trump but sadly for us, this hasn’t happened. So why do so many women of our age still struggle with a lack of confidence or ‘imposter syndrome’? Where did it all begin? We share our experiences and chat to former architect, life and business coach Ruby Marsh, about how to get over ourselves and defeat our insecurities.

In the midst of a global pandemic, it is easy to forget that lives are still being forever changed by breast cancer. In Australia alone, 55 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
This season we are working with Breast Cancer Trials to spread the word about the amazing work they do in the research field to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.
For this special episode recorded during breast cancer awareness month, we talk to breast cancer survivor Rebecca Matthews about what it was like to go through treatment while pregnant. We also talk to oncologist and clinical researcher Dr Nick Zdenkowski about an exciting world-first trial for women with the BRCA-1 gene mutation.
