Our latest edition of Park It Here features Recreation Manager, Kevin Kinney aka The Goat Man. When he's not busy overseeing his community centers, he tends to his family goat farm that has existed for 40 years! Kevin also competes in several goat competitions. The last 4 years in a row he has won "Best Senior Doe In Show" at the Kentucky State Fair, among dozens of other awards.
