Hello friends, Brad the Pastor here after a bit of a delay. On this episode I share about my struggles with mental health, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts as a person of faith. This all came to the forefront in my life after learning and reading about the life, ministry, and passing of Pastor Jarrid Wilson. I also talk about how I found, and continue to have to actively work for, my mental and emotional well-being. It ends with some talk about connection, community, and the Kingdom of God.
