Technology increase production across the board. I am not talking about replacing all technology every year. What I am saying is proper equipment upgraded moderately makes a difference.

An extremely important topic that needs to be discussed: Forgiveness. There are times to give it and times when not to. Certain situations allow for second and third chances. In the last 24 hours, I have witnessed some behavior that does not reflect how we should treat eachother as humans and I want to talk about that.
