The truth is we all know what we need and what we desire in this life. Its in there. Somewhere. Some have to dig deeper to unearth it and others have their most honest path easily accessible to them. The fact is, fear gets in the way and shining a bright light on all the things that look scary inside of us does not sound like a fun process.

Though, turning to a place of light can really illuminate those things that we need to work through, to clear away from blocking our true selves. Making it easier to just be. But we can practice that feeling now. What would it feel like to trust yourself to just be a little more than you normally would? Just for a sec longer.
