We recorded today's conversation with Sarah Armstrong at Armstrong Irish Dance Academy.

We talked about the art of Irish dancing and the classes she offers for those yound and old. She explained how competitions work and told us about the practice, wardrobe and judging that goes into them.

She also told us how the pandemic impacted classes - causing her to pivot to virtual - and the gratefulness she has for surviving the pandemic.
