When I’m leading a session on Grateful Leadership the Power of Acknowledgment and I get to the point where we talk about choice and tell them, “this is the crucial point in the process. Choice is where the rubber hits the road.”
I don’t know if people realize the word “Choice” is there for a reason.
The word isn’t “decision”
You see, there is a difference between a choice and a decision.
