Carmen and I became fast friends after meeting during our CTI Co-Active training course in London in 2018. She has been a great friend, supported me through tough times and coached me when I needed someone to tell me to just go do it and be the best I can be. I'm really excited to introduce her as my first guest on the podcast so you can see some of that wisdom that she got, in part, from being "just a mom".
