When a lead fills out your website form, have the lead book a time directly from the sales rep's calendar (via Calendly or HubSpot) as part of the form submission.
I'm seeing a few B2B companies doing this and I think it's genius.
It's not forcing the lead and here's why:
They have pricing on their website so the lead knows the starting price
Their website forms are somewhat lengthy so only serious inquiries fill it out
Next is booking a date and time with a sales rep. The lead is more than likely to do it because they need the service
Something to definitely consider.
