On the Forum@8 we look into the challenges faced by parents of children with special needs ahead of the commencement of the academic year. Thousands of learners across the country are returning to school after the festive season but for their differently-abled counterparts, the challenges percist. These could include limited understanding within communities and among teachers, about their learning needs.
