Business leadership SA says Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba has failed to reassure the country on a number of important issues - including the nuclear deal and the abuse of state resources. The organisation's Sizwe Mbhele is not impressed with Gigaba's midium-term budget policy statement saying that it lacks a clear commitment to fighting corruption and ensuring that the Public Investment Corporation is safe from looting. He says there are also concerns about government's plans to continue with the nuclear deal.
