Last week, Outgoing Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan rubbishing an intelligence report that President Jacob Zuma used as a justification to fire him. Gordhan said he had been "sickened" by allegations in that report, that he had secret meetings to undermine the government during an investor roadshow abroad. Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa also spoke out last week, against the report saying President Zuma's sacking of Gordhan was based on what he called, 'a frivolous intelligence report.'
