On the Forum@8 this morning, we look at what many have come to term "deep state'. - The deep state we're told, comes into being when there is a confluence of political, business, intelligence and criminal interests, that are a mutually reinforcing and beneficial. It is in the deep state, that a reciprocal relationship exists, between the wealthy, and people who abuse their political muscle. It's an unholy alliance which always results in the abuse of state resources, and a persistent erosion of the rule of law.
