On the Forum@8, we host award-winning TV chef, Food Writer and Author, Sibahle Mtongana. Professionally known as Siba, the 32-year-old hosts her own show , 'Siba's Table' on DStv's Food Network Channel, which debuted in September 2013. Siba has won three prestigious Galliova Awards for her recipe development, food styling and food journalism. Her show is watched in over 128 countries. When her show debuted in the USA in April 2014, it made her the first South African to have their own TV show in America broadcast on The Cooking Channel, which reaches more than 60 million homes in the USA alone. Last month, the network announced the show has been picked for a third season. She is currently in Johannesburg as one of the chefs at the Good Food and Wine show.
