Forum@8 hosts Neapolitan-Austrian baritone singer, songwriter, and producer, Patrizio Franco Buanne. His career began at an early age, participating in talent contests and performing in several musical productions. His first record was released in 1997 titled Angelo di Dio. In 2004, Patrizio recorded a collection of romantic Italian songs with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London. This led to his international debut album, The Italian. The album reached the top ten on the pop charts in the United Kingdom and was certified gold in the UK, Austria and Finnland - platinum in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan, double platinum in South Africa and even triple platinum in Australia. In 2011, he released his first Afrikaans-language album Dankie-Suid Afrika.
