When executives appeared before Parliaments portfolio committee finance and public enterprises they admitted that SAA would not achieve going concern status unless the Treasury granted it another guarantee of about R4bn-R5bn, bringing the total guarantees to about R20bn.But it's time for a facelift as the Presidency goes through the process of appointing a new board.
