Cell phone users are expressing dissatisfaction with the level of service they receive from South Africa's mobile network operators. They are unhappy about the call rates, network problems and poor internet coverage among other things. Now, we have invited three of the country's largest mobile network service providers, MTN, Vodacom and Cell C, to come and answer some of your concerns.
