Criminals are becoming more and more brazen, with some of their heinous acts of criminality being captured on camera. Disturbing footage of criminals committing armed robberies, hijackings, smash and grabs, have gone viral on social media. What some of those watching the video find even more shocking is the fact that bystanders in the videos do absolutely nothing to help the victims of crime.
