"Courage is not the absence of fear, but the assessment that there is something more important than the fear." - Franklin D Roosevelt

Overthinking is actually the bane of my life so this week I'm essentially overthinking the overthinking (yes I see the irony). Recently I've realised a few things about my fears, doubts and insecurities and how I don't actually have to give them more attention than they deserve. In the episode I chat about welcoming in fear, how our brains receive thoughts rather than create them and share some practical ways to deal with an overthinking mind. I think self love comes from kindness in the way we speak to ourselves and not beating ourselves up for being scared, and instead learning from it. Hope you enjoy - if you do please leave a cheeky 5 star spotify rating to support the pod!! x
