There is a great deal of discussion about crime in the Black community but there is no discussion about the abilty for the Black commnity to sustain itsilf under that burden. The loss of life, the loss of economic earning potential, the loss of stabilty in the family, all factors that weigh heavy on the Black community. What is the real cost of crime in Black America?
