As we get things started today, you might find your place in Psalm forty-two. It’s there we find a twofold remedy for discouragement. The first is obvious that is to talk to God. And the second is not so obvious! In fact it may even surprise you but it’s to talk to yourself. You could sum it all up in a word hope!
