Steve Jobs and Gary Vaynerchuk are two successful serial entrepreneurs and my favorites. However, they have achieved success with contrary perspectives. Jobs believed in Adverse Confrontation to achieve his goals and vision. Vaynerchuk on the other hand believes in Extreme Gratitude - based on compassion,sympathy, and empathy.
