1. Consider your geographic cost of living.

  4. Assess the risk of loss.

At recent pastors conferences where I have spoken, only 15 people out of 1,000 raised their hands when asked if they were paid enough by their church to take care of their family’s financial needs without any extra income.

  1. There are Pastors who have retired from there jobs and others have business and in reality' Let your congregation know and see what you are doing and keep them inform along with a Board if you don't have one get one because then there is Trust. on quarterly basis than you will see a change
