I have cried in baseball. I have cried in baseball so many times. It is okay to cry. It is okay to ask for help. There's a book I am reading that has a great line: "Asking for help isn't giving up. It's refusing to give up." 

That line doesn't work that great in the context of this story, because I did eventually quit baseball. But like, you get the point. When you are bummed, it is okay to recognize that emotion as genuine and provide a proper outlet for it.
