David G. Allen once said, “Patience is the calm acceptance that things can happen in a different order than the one you have in your mind.” That is a powerful statement. We often stress ourselves out trying to continually predict our future.
We have an image in our minds of exactly how we want something to turn out. However, the world may not always work in exactly the same way. We need to be patient with ourselves and others. Patience has the ability to soften and expand love. If you are struggling with your relationships, offer them some patience instead of getting aggravated or upset. Blessism for Patience
I bless my ability to be patient and kind today. Patience has the ability to soften and expand love. I bless all the past and present times when I lacked or lack patience. May I flow with patience today and every day. I bless my ability to forgive and be patient with those I love. I bless and fully honor the experience of love and fully allow love the time to blossom. May I also have patience within myself if I am not engaged in a loving relationship so I may use that time to learn more about who I am and what I want from life. *Love Skills #36 Flow with Patience
