Episode 74 has us talking to PhD Professor and author, Dawn Quigley. I reached out to Dawn after reading her book, "Apple in the Middle," and I am so grateful her and I were able to connect and bring you this episode. Dawn is a tribal member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Ojibwe. She has a great story of soul searching and self actualization as a teacher, mentor, and author. Among other things, we talk about her writing process, the current state of tribal affairs, and she gives us some great advice on navigating the unpredictable currents the river of life has to offer.
