In today's episode, we’re exploring Human Design. I’ve started learning about Human Design and so far, it's been another great tool for me to use not only to learn more about myself, but help me live with more joy and ease.

I am excited to have our first expert on the show to share these insights with you. Louise is a human design reader, holistic coach, and owner of Louisa B Apothecary. I love how she gives us another way to find relief and let ourselves be. As she says in the episode, there’s no one way to do life. The only one way is your way, and your way is unique.

We talk about the benefits of human design, doing the inner work, and acknowledging and celebrating we’re all puzzle pieces.

Louise Howard is a human design reader, holistic coach and owner of Louisa B Apothecary. With human design, she helps people know how to use their energy more efficiently so they can find more ease and flow in their life and business, and understand and focus on their strengths. As a coach, Louise helps people integrate and use their human design in their life, business or manifesting practices and work through any self sabotaging patterns. She is also a trained aromatherapist and Bach flower essence practitioner and makes a range of aromatherapy self-care products that are all vegan and made from natural ingredients, including soaps, herbal bath salts, Bach flower remedies, balms, and crystal candles.
