One of the most common questions I receive is so how do we work with the enneagram? Most enneagram teachers give you a very esoteric answer to this question. Something along the lines of it’s realizing that we are not our enneagram type that it’s something outside of ourselves that we’ve developed as a way to survive. So the work is in separating who you are from who think you’ve had to be.
