In this week's episode we talk with Austin Mullen about his passion for skydiving and how he has found not just so much freedom and joy through jumping out of airplanes but he has also found community and a sense of purpose that he had been deeply longing for. We talk about the importance of mindset and taking care of your body and prioritizing who you spend your time with and how you spend your time in order to break through dark times of isolation and depression. Austin has a history of traveling all over the world and trying new things from photography to surfing, skiing and now skydiving. His life went on hold in different ways, as many of ours did, during the pandemic and he vulnerably opens up about what it was like to feel directionless and purposeless, and how making certain changes and prioritizing his health has truly changed his life. This is a good one!
