We can all fall victim to worrying about what other people think about us and the choices we make. But FOPO (Fear of Other People's Opinions) can stymie our creative ideas and halt our forward progress if we don't keep it in check.

This week we dig into Michael Gervais's book The First Rule of Mastery, for some help discovering why we care so much about what others think, and what tools we can use to curb the power of FOPO.
