In this episode we start looking at the lessons that come forward from the text that follows a very predictable pattern. We note that only in three places does the chapter diverge from the pattern: once at the beginning with Adam, then in the middle with Enoch, and then at the end with Noah.

We look at the first two lessons:

1) Mankind's purpose is to represent God and enjoy his blessing (vv. 1-5)

2) Mankind's responsibility is to walk with God (5:21-24 – Enoch)
