Looking at the Sacred Marriage of Abraham and Sarah in this chapter we learn a few lessons along the way.

1. The foolish acts of people may jeopardize God’s program – vv. 20:1-2.
2. God must intervene to preserve his program when his people jeopardize it with foolish deception – 20:3-7.
3. People must make restitution in order to demonstrate their integrity - vv. 8-16
4. Full restoration comes through prayer - vv. 17-18.
