The rest of 1 Timothy 2 can be highly controversial, but it is essential that we work our way through it to get to the heart of what God is saying through Paul about the Church in corporate worship.

In vv. 11-12 let us carefully consider the principle of women in the church as Paul presents it to Timothy.
