Genesis 43 is a "Journey to Reconciliation." In this chapter we see that we must position ourselves to be ready for reconciliation at all times.

In vv. 1-15 we learned that 1) God’s people must take responsibility in order to properly discharge their duties.

Then, in vv. 16-25 we see that 2) God’s people should make restitution for any appearance of wrongdoing.

Finally, in vv. 26-34 we learn that 3) God’s people should rejoice in their provisions, even when it seems unfair.
