This entire chapter tells the story of reconciliation.

In vv. 1-11 we learn that 1) God is able to bring about reconciliation in spite of weak faith.

In vv. 1-3 we see that a) Sometimes believers demonstrate weak faith.

Then, in vv. 3-7 we see that b) God can work in great ways despite our weak faith.
