In vv. 19-21 we saw that 1) God Sovereignly provides the recipient of the promises.

In vv. 22-23 we learn that 2) God chooses the recipient of the promises by sovereign election.

And in vv. 24-26 we see that 3) he faithful acknowledge the outworking of the sovereign plan.
