Revelation 1:12-16 tells us of "The Man of the Vision" that John was receiving, and we are working with the idea that We need to know the Man of John's vision!

In vv. 12-13a we learned that 1) He is associated with light.

In vv. 13b-15 we learn that 2) He sits as a priest.

We considered a) His priestly clothing.

Now, we see also b) His priestly function.

And lastly, we learn in v. 16 that 3) He speaks to the church.
