Benjamin Victor, a Bakersfield native and son of Summit Bible College’s President Dr. Jeff Victor, is a renowned sculptor and the youngest artist ever to have a sculpture in our Nation’s foremost collection, the National Statuary Hall in the United States Capitol. Among many other achievements, he will be dedicating a beautiful monument he created to honor the Veterans of Kern Country. The ceremony is this Saturday, December 10th at 10:00 am at Jastro park.
