"Dr. CeCe Rubalcava is a professional Christian Counselor at Kingdom Community Ministries in Bakersfield, Ca. An educated woman, she earned her Doctorate degree at Summit Bible College a few years back and soon after started working as a counselor. We talk about family values and protecting and fireproofing marriages. She shares much of her experience as a family counselor and the effects that divorce had on her as a child. Her passion to help children and restore marriages came from her own experience with loss. She is a passionate leader with a wealth of knowledge on family restoration, and a true gift in counseling."
