When Jan first took up triathlon just 18 months ago (!), his father was not in favor of Jan putting himself through so much physical punishment. Dad was right about the punishment, but who could have guessed Jan would end up winning the whole race at only his third (!) Ironman!?! But this is an "old soul" as our interview reveals.
