للقصص قوة سحرية تُعيد لنا الخيال وتَطيرْ بنا إلى عوالم جديدة، وفي برنامجنا «شلبيات» تأخذنا شلبية الحكواتية إلى عالم قصصها الآسر والتي تروي من خلاله الشلبية قصص قد جمعتها على مر السنين بأسلوبها الخاص والمُمتع.

تعمل شلبية الحكواتية «سالي شلبي» بين جمع القصص وروايتها منذ 12 عام. كانت بدايتها مع الأطفال وطوّرت عُروضها لتستقطب الجماهير العائلية والكبار. قصص الشلبية من كل مكان و إلهامها الأكبر من تراثها الشعبي، وفي مطبخها تستوي القصص بنكهتها الخاصة. وقد عرضت الشلبية قصصها محليًا في الأردن، ودوليًا في مصر وتونس والسويد وفلسطين.

The stories you will hear are stories that she has collected throughout the years and retold in her own special way.

Between storytelling and story collecting lies a sea of possibility, this has been Shalabieh's «Sally Shalabi» playground for the last 12 years. She started her storytelling with children and has evolved into telling to family audiences and adults. Inspired by her own tradition of old folktales Shalabieh’s stories come to her from everywhere. Once in her kitchen she works with them until they are ready - infused with her own style. Shalabieh has performed locally in Jordan and internationally in Egypt, Tunisia, Sweden and Palestine.
