At age 37 in 2019 I became a young stroke survivor. Two months after that i was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in February 2020 right before Covid turned all our lives upside down.As a young stroke survivor, parent entrepreneur and coach. My goal is to help support other young stroke, survivors, and anyone who is really looking for solutions that work as they go through the recovery process, but mentally and physically from a major life event, such as a stroke or similar. No, two strokes or really any major life event are exactly the same, but there are some similarities, and one of the most difficult and overwhelming parts of the journey is figuring out how to navigate the next steps to go from "Good Enough to Unstoppable AF!There are lots of great doctors therapists, and well intentioned people trying to help however, in my experience, the best advice and lessons come from those who have been through it! I may not have all the answers, but three years into my recovery. I've done a lot of digging, questioning, researching brainstorming, exploring, experimenting, and now I want to share the struggles and successes of my second chance, so that you could also make the most of your second chance!There are no shortcuts or magic pills, but by sharing stories and interviews, and my own personal experience with both struggles and successes you'll be able to focus in on finding what really works for you in your recovery journey!
