Hello, and welcome to The Eco Mumma Podcast! I’m your host, Kate Vigar. Through this podcast I aim to connect with, motivate and empower women to live their best lives. I will be sharing some of my own life experiences as examples of how I’ve turned my life around and how you can too. I’ll share tips and tools you can incorporate into your day, and I’ll interview some incredible women on various topics to help you become a fulfilled, empowered woman.I want every woman to know how incredible life can be if you let it, and I want you to know how worthy you are of that beautiful life. I would love to stand on the rooftops with a megaphone and express this but podcasting seemed a safer option. I also have a passion for living an eco-conscious life so I’ll be incorporating some eco-focussed content into this podcast too.
